My Planning Fee Schedule

During our call, we’ll also review my fee structure so everything is clear from the start.

• In most cases, my full-service support is complimentary when booking your cruise vacations. Exceptions to this may include large-group bookings or trips that include significant land-travel.

• For more complex land-based itineraries, a planning fee may apply. This fee covers:

  • Personalized research

  • A fully assembled customized itinerary

  • Servicing of all reservations

  • On-call support while you travel

  Some vacations are more complex, with many moving parts. Should I determine during our complementary consultation that your vacation requires significant research and/or involves multiple independent bookings, I will inform you of the exact fee that would be charged to provide my services. If you wish to proceed at that point, the fee must be paid prior to the start of research and planning.
